ERP Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Sales Manager to join our team at Absolute Sales & Marketing Recruitment Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving business transformation through ERP solutions for large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge on closing multi-million ERP deals, focusing on business transformation for clients in the manufacturing sector.
  • Manage the complete sales process from initial lead generation to deal closure, working directly with clients and partners to deliver tailored ERP solutions.
  • Leverage your experience to navigate complex sales cycles and close high-value contracts, £1M+ deals.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, working across the UK and Europe.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in driving business transformation through ERP for large enterprises.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, develop new business, and manage complex sales cycles from start to finish.
  • Ambitious and driven, with the desire to build and lead a sales team.
  • Comfortable working remotely across the UK and Europe with the ability to travel when needed.
