ERP Senior Sales Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ERP sales professional to drive business transformation in the manufacturing sector. As an ERP Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of ERP solutions, cultivating and managing a robust sales pipeline, and building strong client relationships across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of ERP solutions, focusing on transformative deals in the manufacturing sector.
  • Cultivate and manage a robust sales pipeline through strategic networking and outreach.
  • Build strong client relationships across the UK and Europe, closing high-value deals.
  • Utilize your in-depth knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, Epicor, Sage) to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Partner with pre-sales and industry experts to develop warm leads and showcase product capabilities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, closing high-value deals and earning a 30% commission on successful contracts.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to position solutions effectively and drive growth.
  • Recruit and mentor a sales team, with a focus on building a high-performing unit.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in ERP sales, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Deep understanding of ERP systems and their application in business transformation.
  • Sales acumen, including the ability to generate leads, close large deals, and build strong client relationships.
  • Ambitious and driven, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and travel across the UK and Europe.
  • Leadership potential, with a focus on building and leading a successful sales team.
