About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Reception Manager to join our team at The Arden Hotel, Stratford-upon-Avon. As a key member of our front of house operations, you will be responsible for coordinating the smooth running of our reception and nights teams, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop the team in customer service and selling skills, promoting a culture of excellence and total guest satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products and services, maximizing sales and revenue growth.
  • Lead a team of receptionists and night staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, hotel residents, and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
