About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Reception Manager to join our team at The Arden Hotel, Stratford-upon-Avon. As a key member of our front of house operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading a team of receptionists to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop the reception team in customer service and selling skills to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products and services, maximizing sales and revenue.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a warm and welcoming personality, high standards of professionalism, and a drive to provide a memorable experience for each guest.
  • Manage the coordination of front of house operations, including reception and nights, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
