Customer Experience Manager

At Vanquis Banking Group plc, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to lead the development and implementation of a Group-wide customer communications strategy. This role is critical in transforming our business into a truly customer-centric organization.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive customer communications strategy that aligns with Consumer Duty obligations.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to understand, measure, and improve all aspects of the customer experience throughout the customer communications lifecycle.
- Establishing a Group-wide Vulnerable Customers communications strategy, implementing it, and measuring outcomes to ensure vulnerable customers are treated fairly and appropriately.
Key requirements for this role include:
- Strong commercial understanding and business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, demonstrating clarity and incision in thinking.
- Proven leadership experience in communications or related fields, with a track record of success.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £65,000 - £80,000 depending on experience, with a range of benefits including a discretionary annual bonus, 25 days holiday up to 30 days (depending on service), pension scheme with matched company contributions up to 10%, and other perks.
