We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Relationship Manager to join our team at THX Ltd.

Job Description:
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships through the ordering and off-hiring processes.
    • Manage website orders and customer web chats efficiently, ensuring timely responses.
    • Support customers through our main phone line, offering stellar assistance and guidance.
    • Maintain accuracy in updating THX's system with customer account activities, including administration of off-hires/on-hires.
    • Communicate effectively with customers regarding orders, collections, and other activities, prioritizing their satisfaction.
    • Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across various teams to ensure smooth delivery and service.
  • Secondary Responsibilities:
    • Support sales, transport, warehouse, and workshop teams to optimize processes and resource allocation.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance accounts and share relevant information with Account Managers or Business Development Managers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer service environments with a focus on longer-term relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of customer and account management principles.

  • An estimated salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
