We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd. in the South East region.

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the construction of our developments, ensuring that all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.

You will be responsible for assisting the Site Manager with the entire construction cycle, including health and safety issues, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control.

With a strong background in site management and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, you will be a valuable asset to our team.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for construction and site management.

You will have a strong understanding of building regulations, health and safety protocols, and construction methods.

With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will be able to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including suppliers, specialists, and in-house teams.
