Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lodge Manager. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our Home Owners, providing a first-class service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our retirement development.
As a Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property, co-ordinating activities, and providing a high level of customer service to our Home Owners. You will be the trusted 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues.
This role is pivotal to the success of the Lodge, the enjoyment of Home Owners, and is hugely rewarding. If you have a passion for excellent customer service, a love of people, and a background in administration and customer service, we would love to hear from you.
About YouWe are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a proven track record of providing a high level of customer service, and be able to demonstrate good judgement and the ability to be calm under pressure.
You will be an accomplished administrator, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook. You will also have a love of people, and be able to work 'front of house' with a focus on providing a first-class customer service.
