As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, while also ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our retirement development.
As a Lodge Manager, you will be the trusted point of contact for our Home Owners, providing a high level of support and assistance to ensure their needs are met. You will also be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property, co-ordinating activities and events, and liaising with contractors and suppliers.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, has a strong administrative background, and is able to work independently with minimal supervision. If you have a love of people, a strong work ethic, and a desire to make a positive difference in the lives of our Home Owners, we would love to hear from you.
