About the Role:
At Churchill Estates Management Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, while also ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement developments.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the lodge, ensuring that all residents receive a high level of service.
- Co-ordinate the development's maintenance and repairs, working closely with contractors and suppliers.
- Organise activities and events for residents, promoting a sense of community and social interaction.
- Provide administrative support, using Microsoft Office applications to maintain records and reports.
About You:
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, a passion for working with people, and the ability to work independently. You will have experience of using Microsoft Office applications and be able to maintain accurate records and reports. If you are a motivated and organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
