About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a skilled Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, while also ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the development, including organizing events and activities for residents
  • Providing a high level of customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the development
  • Managing the site's health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is a progressive managing agent of privately owned leasehold Retirement Living accommodation. We manage over 200 developments nationally, providing property services and customer care to over 10,000 retired people.
