Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Bridges Electrical Engineers. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising electrical installations in accordance with BS7671 and Bridges Health & Safety Rules and Essential Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all Health and Safety legislation and regulations are adhered to by the site teams
  • Ensure that all items are installed to the highest standards, in compliance with the project's quality plan and inspection and test plans
  • Follow and actively promote the STAR dynamic risk assessment
  • Coach and mentor Electricians, Electrical Improvers/Mates and Apprentices
  • Promote and demonstrate the Bridges' values when dealing with peers, staff, customers and clients
  • Promote positive health and wellbeing amongst their peers
  • Act in a professional manner and be an ambassador for Bridges, supporting the business goals and maintaining the company's positive reputation

Requirements:

  • ECS gold card
  • SSSTS / SMSTS
  • Experience as an Electrical Supervisor
  • Experience within water / heavy industrial / construction industry
  • Industrial and/or panel wiring experience
  • Good client engagement and communication skills
  • Able to manage own and others workload
  • Experienced in site managing electrical projects
  • Appropriate City & Guilds trade Qualification
  • CCNSG (or similar)
  • Full UK driving license
