About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd. in the South East region. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager in overseeing the development of our residential apartments in Swanley, Kent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Site Manager in managing all aspects of the building site, including health and safety, trades, and material coordination.
  • Support the Site Manager in ensuring the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.
  • Assist in managing site presentation, cost control, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers, specialists, and in-house teams to achieve critical objectives.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in site management, preferably in residential apartment construction. You will have a CSCS Card and be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.

You will be a qualified First Aider at Work and have a valid UK driver's license. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively in a team environment.
