About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living, a leading provider of retirement living solutions in the UK.

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our residential developments, working closely with the Site Manager to oversee all aspects of the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Site Manager in managing the construction site, including health and safety, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control.
  • Assist in ensuring all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.
  • Contribute to the development of the site team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers, specialists, and in-house teams to achieve critical objectives.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with relevant experience in residential construction and site management. You will have a strong understanding of construction processes, health and safety protocols, and quality control procedures.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in residential construction and site management.
  • Qualifications in site management, such as NVQ Level 3 or 4, and a CSCS Card.
  • First Aid at Work certification.
  • Valid UK driver's license.
