About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join our team in the Southern region, working on a portfolio of rail and civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the contract is executed in accordance with applicable legislation, contract terms, and health and safety plans.
  • Deliver projects within programme and budget, liaising with site staff and managing surveyors.
  • Monitor contract progress, identifying and managing changes to the contract.
  • Provide formal reports on contract progress to the Contracts Manager.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Site Agent or Senior Site Agent in a rail or civil engineering environment.
  • SMSTS, PTS, and degree or equivalent experience in civil engineering.
