We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a leading construction-focused company, to head up specialist projects across various sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Quantity Surveyor or similar to play a crucial role in managing project costs, ensuring financial efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of a range of projects.
- Cost estimating for projects, including monitoring budgets.
- Site visits to ensure projects are on track.
- Liaising with subcontracts, suppliers, and engineers.
- Work on dynamic projects across numerous sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost planning and control.
- Project monitoring and supervision.
- Liaison with clients and project teams.
Requirements:
- Quantity Surveyor or similar experience.
- Strong cost planning and control skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
