Job Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to lead our specialist construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and budgets;
  • Manage project teams, including quantity surveyors, engineers, and contractors;
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded;
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress and performance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in construction project management;
  • Strong leadership and team management skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
