**Job Summary:**
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants, managing the day-to-day needs of our residents, and delivering exceptional care standards. Your expertise will ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy, and you will provide support to family members and visitors as needed.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead a team of Care Assistants
- Manage the day-to-day needs of our residents
- Deliver the highest standard of care
- Ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy
- Support family members and visitors
**Requirements:**
- At least 2 years' experience in delivering care or as a Senior Care Assistant
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or willing to sign up/ working towards it)
- Trained in medication administration
- Excellent people and customer service skills
- Ability to induct & supervise junior staff
- Time management skills to delegate tasks within a team
- Good communication skills
**What We Offer:**
