Lead Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Lead Care Professional to join our team at Oakland Care. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our senior residents. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in care and work with a leading provider of senior care services.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and has the skills and experience to match. You will need to have at least 2 years' experience in delivering care and hold a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care. Good communication and digital skills are also essential for this role. Flexibility and reliability are must-haves, as you will be required to work varying shifts, including nights.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality care to our residents
• Manage day-to-day needs, ensuring a high standard of care
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment
• Lead a team of care assistants to deliver seamless care services
What We Offer:
