Job Title: Senior Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Manager to lead our team of care assistants in providing exceptional care for our senior residents. As a leader in senior care, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day needs, ensuring a high standard of care and maintaining a clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver the highest standard of care to our residents
• Manage a team of care assistants to ensure seamless delivery of care services
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for our residents

Requirements:
• At least 2 years' experience in delivering care
• Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care
• Good communication and digital skills
• Flexible and reliable
