Job Description:

  • Leading a team of care assistants.
  • Managing the day-to-day needs of our residents.
  • Delivering the highest standard of care.
  • Ensuring all areas are kept clean and tidy.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in care delivery or as a senior care assistant.
  • Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or willing to sign up/ working towards it).
  • Trained in medication administration.
  • Excellent people and customer service skills.
