Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients in their own homes. This includes assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence, as well as supporting clients with their medication.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is compassionate, caring, and enthusiastic about making a difference in people's lives. You will work closely with our clients, their families, and our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care that meets the unique needs of each individual.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Support clients with their medication
- Help clients with practical tasks such as shopping and housework
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
Requirements
No previous experience is necessary, but you must be willing to learn and develop your skills. You should have a positive attitude, be reliable, and have good communication skills. A full driving license is not essential, but it would be beneficial.
