About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Window and Door Installation Specialist to join our team at Anglian Home Improvements.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional customer service, be able to work independently in a standalone field-based role, and have previous experience of uPVC installation and maintenance.
In this key position, you will be responsible for visiting customer homes, identifying faults, and taking the appropriate action to rectify them in line with our warranty and quality standards.
You will also be required to demonstrate and explain correct product care to customers, maintain optimum stock levels, and complete service calls as scheduled using our "Right First Time" approach.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-related bonus and benefits package.
Your Responsibilities
- Visiting customer homes to identify faults and take corrective action
- Demonstrating and explaining correct product care to customers
- Maintaining optimum stock levels to ensure efficient job completion
- Completing service calls as scheduled using our "Right First Time" approach
- Accurately completing paperwork and updating supplied PDA device
