About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join our team in the Southern region, working on a portfolio of rail and civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily execution of rail and civil engineering projects in the Southern region.
  • Ensure contract compliance with applicable legislation, contract terms, and health and safety plans.
  • Deliver projects within program and budget.
  • Liaise with site staff and managing surveyor to control costs.
  • Monitor contract progress and ensure objectives are met.
  • Manage changes to the contract and provide regular reports to the Contracts Manager.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Site Agent or Senior Site Agent in a rail/civil engineering environment.
  • SMSTS and PTS certifications.
  • Degree/HNC/HND in civil engineering or equivalent technical experience.
  • Experience as a Sub Agent, Site Agent, or Senior Site Agent in a rail/civil engineering contracting environment.
