About the Role

The Workforce Staffing team is responsible for hiring entry-level warehouse and fulfillment associate roles across multiple locations. As an Administrator (Staffing Service), you will be the Subject Matter Expert on utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems and various other technologies. You will execute process improvements, including data collection and review, and make recommendations to maximize the value of resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Staffing Manager, Team Lead, and/or Engagement Specialist to support Community Engagement initiatives, including workforce development agencies, local community colleges, People with Disabilities (PwD), and veteran organizations.
  • Create and maintain community partner relationships.
  • Track data and statistics and provide daily/weekly reports to staffing leadership.
  • Work on projects assigned by the leadership team, including within the region and network-wide initiatives.
  • Travel as needed to conduct events in various locations within your designated geographical area.
  • Maintain supplies and transport materials to/from hiring and community events.
Requirements

We are looking for candidates with experience in human resources functions, Microsoft Office products, and applications. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in a professional field or military, is required. Knowledge of HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.
