Amazon Support Specialist

Amazon is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Seller and Vendor Support team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting Amazon's sellers and vendors, ensuring they have a positive experience with our platform.

Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Amazon's sellers and vendors through phone and email communication.
- Work collaboratively with our teams to improve the overall customer experience and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain a positive and professional attitude, ensuring that Amazon is represented in a positive light at all times.
- Manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by actively supporting and collaborating with your colleagues.
- Work with other departments, such as Customer Service, to resolve issues and improve processes.
We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; university degree preferred.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese.
- Basic computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer/Mozilla Firefox.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and maintain a quiet workspace.
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps.
