In this role as a Global Financial Services Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing detailed go-to-market plans to drive revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. You will partner with the AWS Global Support team to interact with leading companies and provide world-class support critical to customer success.

You will work closely with internal AWS teams (executives, solution architects, business development, marketing, partners, enterprise support, service teams, and professional services) as well as external SI and ISV partners to support the best business solution for customers. The ideal candidate will possess both sales and technical background that enables them to successfully advise customers on AWS cloud solutions, grow AWS usage across a defined set of customers, develop innovative programs, and expand platform adoption to new business units.

A successful candidate will have a good understanding of the capital markets industry and be able to operate with significant autonomy and discretion, making high-degree decisions in routine customer engagement. This is a strategic role for practiced account managers seeking key experience selling to large, multinational enterprise-level accounts. The estimated salary for this position is £150,000 - £220,000 per annum depending on location and experience.
