Job Overview:
As a Director Regional Partnership Manager at Moody's Investors Service, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and revenue. This role requires a strong understanding of the company's global strategy and the ability to negotiate legal and financial agreements with partners. You will work closely with partnership executives and sales executives to build and manage strategic relationships, ensuring efficient operational interaction and creating mutually beneficial relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive field sales engagement with partners in co-sell, reseller, referral, and teaming models.
• Develop and implement business plans, product training, marketing events, and demand generation strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Manage partners effectively with clear governance processes, including quarterly business reviews and monthly status meetings.
• Provide input into competitive sales enablement collateral and tools to support Moody's solution within partner's offering.
• Utilize metrics and processes to measure partner success, providing analysis and recommendations for program improvement.

Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and executive presence are essential.
• The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality to get in front of partner executives and show value of partnering with Moody's to their business.

About the Role:
