About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Analytics Lead to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our CRM Analytics practice and developing innovative analytics solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of CRM Analytics solutions for clients using Salesforce
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in CRM Analytics, preferably with Salesforce
- Strong background in data analysis and statistical modeling
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience working with large datasets and complex systems
