About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of CRM Analytics solutions for clients using Salesforce
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in CRM Analytics, preferably with Salesforce
  • Strong background in data analysis and statistical modeling
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience working with large datasets and complex systems
