Regional Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Development Director to drive business expansion in designated territories and enhance our company's reputation for excellence, innovation, and partnership.
Salary Range:£45,000 - £50,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities within targeted sectors, promoting our product portfolio to fabricators and distributors, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and growth objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing strategic partnerships with key clients.
- Promoting our innovative products to expand market share.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve sales and growth goals.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including bonus, company car or allowance, contributory pension, life assurance, and 25 days holiday plus stats.
Our ideal location is the South East region, with commutable locations including Reading, Southampton, Tunbridge, Chelmsford, Southend, North London, South London, Staines, and Sidcup.
