This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a Document Controller. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating various tasks related to document control, ensuring smooth project execution and efficient communication among stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Project document management: Oversee the download and distribution of project documents, drawings, and specifications.
  2. Key file maintenance: Ensure that key files are updated with the latest revisions and recent documentation at all times.
  3. Document logging and tracking: Log and track all uploaded and returned documents accurately.
  4. Live drawing maintenance: Maintain live drawings and ensure that they are updated regularly.
  5. Document control system management: Manage the document control software system efficiently.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications or certifications in document control or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Document Controller in the construction industry.
  • Skills: Strong administration experience, ability to use Aconex or Q-Flow, fluency in English, and knowledge of other IT systems.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately £38,000 - £48,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
