XPO is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in our busy operations department, working 30 hours per week on a Monday to Friday shift. Your journey may start in a warehouse, but with XPO, you have the opportunity to progress to management, sales, transport, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General warehouse duties, including loading and unloading vehicles and storing goods in an organized manner
  • Manual handling of cages and larger items, requiring a willingness to lift and shift

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate will have an FLT license
  • MHE experience is highly advantageous
  • Ability to work at heights is essential
  • Willingness to learn and build a new career
  • Interest or previous experience in warehousing is preferred
