Job Overview

We are currently seeking an Inventory and Systems Coordinator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

Salary: Competitive annual salary.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.

The primary role of an Inventory and Systems Coordinator is to maintain precise inventory levels on-site, accurately record all operational activities through the existing warehouse management systems, and furnish the organization and clients with comprehensive reports on all site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide essential support to the management team to ensure that organizational and client timelines are adhered to. Manage the scheduling and oversight of all stock deliveries and collections. Ensure stock accuracy by verifying that all incoming and outgoing stock is accompanied by the necessary documentation and is correctly logged into the appropriate systems. Address and document any stock discrepancies or non-conformances, ensuring they are reported appropriately. Conduct weekly inventory counts and stock audits. Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients as necessary. Assist with ISO administration through the timely and accurate completion of required documentation. Perform administrative tasks as directed by management to support the daily operations of a busy distribution environment. Generate reports as needed. Undertake additional responsibilities, including handovers, investigations into missing stock, damage control, and sample management.

Required Qualifications:

Strong verbal and numerical reasoning skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to thrive under pressure and work independently. Proficient in PC applications (Excel and Word or equivalent). Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems is preferred. Excellent communication skills with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
