Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team at Duval Associates Ltd. As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, ensuring accurate stock levels, and optimizing warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy and investigate any discrepancies.
- Manage and process stock returns, including coordinating with suppliers and customers.
- Organize stock locations and implement strategies to optimize warehouse space and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and Team Leaders to resolve inventory integrity issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide inventory support to all departments, including generating daily and weekly reports as required.
- Complete stock moves to support operational efficiency and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Communicate effectively with the Warehouse Team and other stakeholders to facilitate stock control procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory Manager, or similar role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong computer skills, with expertise in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience working in a B2C warehouse, with knowledge of Amazon and 3PL operations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a focus on efficient workflow and task prioritization.
