Inventory Management Team Leader

We are pleased to present an opportunity for an Inventory Management Team Leader to become a vital part of our dynamic Reconciliation Team. This role involves overseeing stock levels to ensure optimal inventory management.

Location: Milton Keynes

Hours: Monday – Friday, 39 hours

Salary: £33,900 annually

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quarterly inventory audits, addressing any discrepancies promptly
  • Manage weekly stock reconciliations
  • Generate reports on material variances
  • Supervise the reconciliation team, including performance evaluations
  • Review and scrutinize Purchase Orders (POs) and debit notes
  • Create and manage transport and non-stock POs
  • Implement Near Miss Reporting
  • Assist in site training and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Promote and ensure adherence to site Health and Safety practices

Experience required:

  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing setting
  • Strong proficiency in English and Mathematics
  • Basic knowledge of HACCP
  • Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene certification
