Inventory Management Team Leader
We are thrilled to present an opportunity for an Inventory Management Team Leader to become a vital part of our dynamic Reconciliation Team. This role involves overseeing stock levels within our manufacturing operations to ensure optimal inventory management.

Location: Manufacturing Site
Hours: Monday – Friday, 39 hours
Salary: Competitive annual salary
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular stock audits, addressing any discrepancies promptly
- Oversee weekly stock reconciliations
- Generate reports on material variances
- Lead the reconciliation team, including performance evaluations
- Review and scrutinize Purchase Orders (POs) and debit notes
- Manage transport and non-stock POs
- Implement Near Miss Reporting procedures
- Assist in site training and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Promote and ensure adherence to Health and Safety practices on-site
Experience required:
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing setting
- Strong proficiency in English and Mathematics
- Basic knowledge of HACCP principles
- Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene certification
