Inventory and Systems Coordinator

Job Overview
We are currently seeking an Inventory and Systems Coordinator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.
Salary: Competitive annual salary.
Working hours: Standard business hours, Monday to Friday.
The primary role of an Inventory and Systems Coordinator is to maintain precise inventory levels on-site, document all operational activities using the existing warehouse management systems, and provide comprehensive updates to both the business and customers regarding site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a vital support to the Management team, ensuring that company and customer timelines are adhered to. Manage the scheduling and oversight of all stock deliveries and collections. Ensure stock accuracy by verifying that all incoming and outgoing inventory is properly documented and labeled. Address and report any stock discrepancies or non-conformances. Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients as necessary. Assist with ISO administration through timely and accurate information management. Perform administrative tasks as directed by management to support daily operations in a busy distribution setting. Generate reports as needed. Undertake additional responsibilities such as handovers, investigations into missing stock, damage control, and sample management.Required Qualifications:
Strong verbal and numerical reasoning skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively under pressure and use initiative. Proficient in PC applications (Excel and Word or equivalent). Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems is preferred. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.Additional Information:
