Job Overview

Culina Group is seeking an Inventory and Systems Coordinator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

Salary: £24,024 per annum.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.

The primary role of the Inventory and Systems Coordinator is to maintain precise inventory levels, accurately document all operational activities through our warehouse management systems, and provide comprehensive reports on site operations to both the business and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide essential support to the management team to ensure that both company and client deadlines are consistently met. Manage the scheduling and oversight of all incoming and outgoing stock. Ensure stock accuracy by verifying that all deliveries and collections are accompanied by the necessary documentation and are correctly recorded in the appropriate systems. Address and document any stock discrepancies or non-conformances effectively. Conduct weekly inventory counts and stock audits. Communicate courteously with internal and external stakeholders as required. Assist with ISO administration through timely and accurate data entry. Perform administrative tasks as directed by management to support the daily operations of a busy distribution environment. Generate reports as needed. Undertake additional responsibilities such as managing handovers, investigating missing stock, handling damage control, and processing samples.

Required Qualifications:

Strong verbal and numerical reasoning skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively under pressure and use initiative. Proficient in PC applications (Excel and Word or equivalent). Preferably experienced with Warehouse Management Systems. Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
