Job Description

The Compliance function for the Genomic Medicines operating companies and Abcam within Danaher's Life Sciences Platform is responsible for developing, fostering, and sustaining a sound Integrity and Compliance culture as well as for leading, embedding and strengthening the Compliance Program.

This position is part of the Compliance function and will be located in Cambridge, UK. As the Senior Compliance Manager EMEA, you will be the primary compliance advisor for the Genomic Medicines and Abcam operating companies in the EMEA region.

Main Responsibilities
  • Review and advise on business activities and strategies and support implementation of Compliance systems, processes, and controls.
  • Modify, update, and implement Compliance policies and procedures, and design and conduct ongoing Compliance training for associates.
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments and develop risk management strategies and implement internal design controls to mitigate business risks, including third party/distributor risk management.
  • Conduct regular compliance auditing and monitoring to assess the effectiveness of compliance systems, processes, and controls, and implement any required remedial actions.

Promote Danaher's Code of Conduct, core values, Speak Up program, and conduct investigations and oversee implementation of related corrective actions.
