Responsibilities

We offer a permanent contract with a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum. As our Senior Compliance Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and implementing compliance policies and procedures in line with regulations and industry best practices
  • Conducting regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential issues
  • Ensuring all employees are aware of and adhere to relevant regulations and internal policies by providing compliance training
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all FCA-related matters
  • Assisting in responding to regulatory inspections and investigations

You will regularly report the company's compliance status and provide recommendations to senior management, staying up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry trends.
