Compliance Expert

Avenir Group is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team. As a senior member of our compliance department, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing regulatory compliance policies. This includes conducting regular audits and risk assessments to ensure the company's operations comply with regulations and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide regular compliance training to employees to ensure they are aware of and adhere to relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Serve as primary point of contact for all FCA-related matters, including license applications, audits, and communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Law, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of compliance experience in the financial asset management industry.
Compensation
This role is expected to offer a salary range of $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
