We are seeking a skilled Care and Enrichment Specialist to join our team at HC-One. As an Activities Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities that delight our Residents.

In this role, you will work closely with the Home Manager to organize essential fundraising events, develop activity programmes, and get the care home team involved. Your positive energy, natural ability to connect with people, and excellent planning and organisational skills will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and as a Care and Enrichment Specialist, you will be required to recognize the signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise. We provide full training, so it's a great opportunity to learn something new.
