About the Role
">As a seasoned IT Business Relationship Manager at Sodexo, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our IT and business operations. Based in the Northwest Region (Salford office), this position offers an exceptional opportunity to drive real business value while shaping innovative IT strategies that make a difference.
You will collaborate closely with senior leaders and tech teams to define roadmaps, manage IT demand, and ensure seamless delivery of solutions that align with business goals. With your expertise in stakeholder management and a solid IT background, you will become the go-to person for shaping and executing our IT portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their business areas and roadmaps, ensuring that our IT services and systems can support them.
- Effectively communicate with the IT and business functions through the full project lifecycle when introducing new services, improvements, or processes.
- Promote IT offerings which will help the commerciality and efficiency of the business.
- Liaise with various teams in the IT function to share business insights and requirements, supporting a customer-focused mindset and adherence to department SLAs.
Requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with proven experience collaborating with senior stakeholders on critical projects.
- Superb understanding of technology, ideally with exposure to data and digitalisation programmes.
- Experience with the commerciality through creating business cases and assessing return on investment for solutions.
- Flexibility and adaptability to take on challenging projects across various business areas in a large, complex organisation.
What We Offer
