About the Role:

This exciting opportunity in the Operations Planning directorate is responsible for delivering robust resource plans for our Cabin Crew, Flight Crew, and Heathrow business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and continually review critical long and short-term resource, recruitment, and training plans to support the robust delivery of the operation.
  • Be accountable for the creation of robust resource plans for the business area(s) within your remit.
  • Highlight risks or challenges and seek opportunities to mitigate against them.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders in the business area(s) that you plan for.
  • Reconcile variances to forecasted spend.

Requirements:

  • Excellent numeracy, analytical skills, and the ability to present complex data in simple terms.
  • Ability to identify underlying issues to business problems and continually look for ways to do things better.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity, ever-changing demands, and plan activities around conflicting priorities.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience of resource planning, delivery, and budgeting.
  • Successful team/people management and development experience.
  • Influencing and communicating confidently at all levels.
