About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Arora Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our luxury bar, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
  • Lead a high-performing team of hospitality professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business plans, aligning with company objectives
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior hospitality role, with a strong track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving profitability
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of financial management principles and practices, with the ability to develop and implement effective financial strategies
  • Fluent working knowledge of hospitality software and systems, including Micros/Fidelio
  • Food Hygiene/Health & Safety Certificate and Alcohol license holder
