We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant at Academics Ltd in the Salisbury area. Our pupils have various learning needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Psychology or Criminology graduate to apply their understanding of developmental delay, neurodiversity, and mental health in a practical setting.
Job Details- Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
- Location: Salisbury area
- Estimated Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum (£80-£90 per day)
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing one-to-one support during class activities
- Assisting with behavior management
- Helping with lunch duty
Working Conditions:
You will work collaboratively with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and psychologists, gaining valuable experience and opening up future career opportunities.
