Permanent/Part-time AMHP Social Care Professional

Join our Adult Services Mental Health Team as a Social Worker and contribute to delivering high-quality mental health services in Lancashire. This permanent/part-time position comes with a competitive salary of £39,513 - £44,711 per annum, along with access to excellent training and development opportunities.
Your primary focus will be on undertaking and reviewing assessments of need, risk, and capacity, sourcing and commissioning care while ensuring the best possible outcomes for service users. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of mental health services and social care policies, as well as effective communication skills.
