About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Professional to join our team at Exemplar Health Care.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about supporting adults living with complex care needs, promoting their choice, dignity, and independence in a fun and supportive environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with their personal care, meal times, and social activities. You will also support people to take part in various activities, both within and outside the home.

Above all, you should be someone who embodies the values of Exemplar Health Care, including fun, integrity, responsiveness, success, and teamwork.

  • Estimated Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
Your Responsibilities
  • Supporting individuals with their personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assisting with meal times, ensuring that individuals receive the best possible care
  • Encouraging and supporting individuals to participate in social activities
  • Completing and maintaining accurate care records
