About the Role

As a Senior Care Assistant at Orchard Care Homes, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality individual care to meet the needs of our residents.

You will be responsible for assessing individuals' needs and formulating person-centred care plans, ensuring medical, physical, and emotional needs are met.

  • To communicate effectively with external professionals, individuals, and relatives.
