The successful candidate will conduct psychological assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and collaborate with educational staff and parents. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify students' needs
  • Developing and implementing tailored support plans for emotional and psychological wellbeing
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a comprehensive support system
  • Providing training and guidance on psychological strategies and practices
  • Monitoring student progress and adjusting intervention plans as needed

We are seeking a qualified psychologist with relevant experience working with children and young people, particularly in an educational setting. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students. A team player with up-to-date knowledge of current research and best practices is essential.

Requirements:

  • A degree in psychology and registration with the appropriate regulatory body
  • Proven experience working with children and young people in an educational setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Annual Salary: £59,646 (based on 22.2 hours per week, Term Time only)
